Blood orange, greens, pecan and beets with baked goat cheese

  • Roasted Filet of Natural Beef with wild mushrooms, potatoes pave and béarnaise
  • Wild S.R Seafood Salmon sauté Spicy lentils, roasted vegetables, and tapenade
  • Seared Duck Breast Wild rice pancakes, cranberry and fig chutney
